The item arrived quickly. I was really hoping for this to work, but the vibration from the unit while in use is causing the product to leak a lot, despite tightening the cartridge. The product/skin booster I used was expensive and more than half of it went to waste because it would leak all over my face. The product was a bit watery, so maybe a thicker product will work better for this. I will return it and purchase a regular Dr. Pen instead.
