Item is gorgeous. Came well packaged and is identical to photo. Comes with four modes total, one of which is heated. I haven't seen any dramatic results, thus far, but I am only a few days in. I use it absent-minded, whenever I have the free time available and I am just relaxing, or lounging around the house. It's very soothing. 10/10, love♡
