I got this double header because I wanted to use the two ball attachments like it shows on the add picture. But mine is missing the 2 ball attachments, plus the plug in cord is missing. I don't seem to have any other cords that I could substitute for it. I'm going to need a plug sent to me otherwise I won't be able to use it very long. could you send me the USB cord, & the 2 ball attachments that go to it that weren't included
