I absolutely love this! It comes in a tiny package but don't be fooled. Once you take it out and start working with it. it has quite a bit of stretch. It's a one size fits all and I'm usually wary of those. I'm 5-4 and weigh 180 lbs if that helps anyone to judge the size. It would probably stretch to an even bigger size, but I felt like much more would be too tight.
