This picture was taken right after the delivery. I have tested it with some water. Performed well, a hot steam appeared within 15 seconds. Definitely recommend for this price

It is very similar to what I had previously. Works just as well.
I used my previous one for years. It produced better results than my big 'industrial' steamer. I used it with vinegar in the water to remove the smell of sweat in heavy velvet stage costumes.
This one is similar in make, style, and design. So far, it works just as well. May it last as long through the heavy use I will put it through. Only time will tell.
Advice: Use distilled water as much as possible, as tap water can leave deposits on the metal heating ball. This will affect the process with the ball shutting down for a few seconds, stopping the steam, before starting up again. If this does happen, clean off the deposits with water and a brush (like for dishes) as best you can, rinse and fill it with distilled water and add a couple of tablespoons (more or less) of white vinegar. Heat it up and let it steam for a minute, then shut it off for about 10 or 15 minutes. Start it up again and let it steam to near empty. But not all the way as there will be deposits in the water. Dump out the remaining liquid and rinse thoroughly.
it is actually good to do this every couple of months or more if using heavily, to maintain and have a long lasting machine.
