Good product. However, I used these with the same roll recipe I've used for 20 yrs. They do not stick but they take MUCH longer to cook in these. I added probably 8 min onto them and they never browned on the bottom. No one complained, they were delicious but I kept waiting for them to brown on bottom. Never happened. I have not made anything else in them yet. You do need to put a cookie sheet underneath these as well.

I bought one, used it, loved it, and then purchased a second so I can make batches of 24 at a time… and get rid of my old metal pan.
