well, this is a NO! It LITERALLY died the very first time I used it. FIRST, I wound it up and the winder fell out.
THEN I put it back on and wound it... I set it down, and it released the tension spring that makes it move, made a huge POP, and never budged. tried to do it every which way, but the cats never got to play with it.

The size over seas is smaller than the USA, so I ordered my clothes two size larger. ( works for me) it’s a great fit
