Awesome! Have very dry skin due to thyroid disease and side effect of meds. I used a formula like this years ago that worked. This cream has a higher percentage of urea and salicylic acid, which wasn't in the other cream.This cream helped immediately with skin on arms and lasted 2 days. Using on lower legs today. I wouldn't use daily but regularly for dry skin improvement. If you have sensitive skin, I would test a small area, which is stated on jar. This stuff is the real deal! I saw a similar product in the pharmacy that also had 60% urea, but it was too expensive so I decided to try this one out. My feet were like brand new after 2-3 applications of this product!
