Very sticky, so if you mess up on lining it up correctly, it's not coming off easily. If you do pull it up, a lot of glue will come off so take your time. It looks nice. I made sure any cut pieces were hidden at the bottom of the wall or into the vanity/wall corner. It is a bubbled up tile but plastic like so I thought it would look cheap but it's okay. Cheaper than other stick tiles cost wise but 2 walls of my tiny downstairs bathroom was $80. I will need one more set to finish the other wall. I thought I ordered more than enough but apparently I didn't.
