doesn't work at all, it just keeps flashing when I press the power button. it never stays on no matter what I do. super upsetting since it looks so cool. i requested a reshipment of the same product from customer support so hopefully that one will work and if it does I'll update this review. the only issue I've had with any of these neon signs
